Coverage

This One‑Year Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date. Inspections must be performed every six months to keep warranty valid. Covered defects include:

  • Loose or missing stones due to faulty setting
  • Broken or weakened prongs
  • Premature tarnishing not caused by chemicals or misuse
  • Faulty clasps, jump rings, or chain links
  • Structural defects in metalwork or craftsmanship

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Loss, theft, or mysterious disappearance
  • Damage caused by impact, crushing, dropping, or bending
  • Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, chlorine, or cleaning agents
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations
  • Warped, chipped, or broken stones caused by misuse
  • Fading or discoloration due to improper storage or environmental exposure

Warranty Services

If a covered defect is confirmed, the company will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the item at no cost
  • Replace the item with the same or comparable model
  • Issue store credit if repair or replacement is not possible

No cash refunds will be issued under this warranty.

Customer Responsibilities

To receive warranty service, the customer must:

  • Provide proof of purchase and inspections performed every six months
  • Allow up to 14 business days for evaluation of defect
  • Pay shipping costs to the service center (return shipping is covered if the defect is approved)

Exclusions and Limitations

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is dependent upon proof of inspections performed every six months.
  • Warranty does not extend to resale, gifting, or transfer of ownership.
  • Natural variations in gemstones, inclusions, and metal patina are not considered defects.
  • White gold rhodium plating is considered routine maintenance and is not covered.
